EIRL

The EIRL differs from the micro-business in two respects: the turnover is not limited and the assets are legally separated. If you choose an EIRL, you must declare an appropriation. All you have to do is to list the assets that you decide to attach to the company and to dissociate them from your personal assets. Secondly, you will be asked to open a dedicated business account.

EURL

With this status, you will be recognized as a legal entity. The creation and management procedures can be tedious and costly. As a sole shareholder, you are affiliated to the regime of non-salaried worker also called TNS. This is a less beneficial regime than that of salaried employee or assimilated.

SASU

A self-employed person who starts up alone can also opt for the creation of a SASU. The single-member simplified joint stock company differs from the EURL in its flexibility. The law in force gives you a lot of leeway to organize your SASU as you wish. It has only one member. As president of a SASU, you are attached to the general social security system. With the EURL, it is the only legal form that allows you to create a company without having a partner.
